Wages, Insurance and Welfare of Employees
1. Employees' wages: RMB 600-800 yuan/month
2. Various insurance: (to be paid monthly)
3. Housing fund for urban employees: 12% of total amount of wages, 6% of which is to be paid by employees themselves.
4. Enterprises shall observe the working system of 8 hours a day and no more than 40 hours a week on average.
5. Enterprises shall observe the regulations on paid holiday leaves specified by the State.
6. Enterprise shall pay employees who work overtime or work on holidays in according to the following standards:
(1) Working overtime: compensation shall be no less than 150% of ordinary wages
(2) Working on ordinary holidays: compensation shall be no less than 200% of ordinary wages
(3) Working on national holidays: compensation shall be no less than 300% of ordinary wages.
