A.The procedures for land use right transfer and the documents to be
submitted
1.Sign letter of intent
2.Submit the project proposal for approval
Submit the contract, articles of association and feasibility study report
3.Apply for land to be used for construction
Documents to be submitted: the letter of intent, approval document,
contract, articles of association, feasibility study report, legal representative's
identification certificate and a copy of ID card, business license of
the transferee enterprise, approval documents concerning construction
land planning.
4.Aapproval procedures for construction land
The approval for construction land, the approved feasibility study report
for the project and approval documents by relevant departments of the
government, identification certificate of legal representative of construction
unit, its business license, approval documents concerning construction
land planning and its attached diagrams, general plane design diagram
and topographic map
5.Registration of land use rights and house ownership
Application for registration of house and land certificates, identification
certificate of legal representative, the contract of land use right
transfer, the certificate to show use right transfer charges have been
paid, the approval documents for the construction, land profile map
and other relevant documents
B.Transfer charges of land use rights
For industrial use: US$ 50/m2
For multiple use: US$ 65/m2
Maximum duration of land transfer term is 50 years.
