上海市松江工业区石湖荡分区是经上海市松江区人民政府批准成立的享受市级工业区投资政策的区级工业区，位于上海市西南，松江新城南部，规划面积4.2平方公里。自2001年3月启动至今，开发面积已达1.2平方公里。区内水、电、通讯等“七通一平”基础设施基本齐全，至今引进内外资项目已达60多项，项目总投资超过1.5亿美元。落户的企业中80%已建成投产，且经济效益良好，投资企业主要来自英国、澳大利亚、比利时、日本、香港、台湾等国家和地区。
松江工业区石湖荡分区管委会受石湖荡人民政府的委托在区内行使统一的行政管理权，实行“一站式”管理；对落户企业的项目报批、登记、注册、变更、年检、施工建设等方面实行“一条龙”服务。 Located in the southwest
of Shanghai, the south part of new city of Songjiang, Shanghai Songjiang
lndustrial Region Shihudang area is a borough-level industrial region
with 4.2 square kilometers planned area, which has been approved by
Songjiang government to take advantage of municipal-level investment
policies. The developed area has reached 1.2 square kilometers since
its start-up in March 2001.The foundation infrastructures in this
area including water, Electricity, communications means have been
completed. Till now, more than sixty items have been introduced from
abroad, with total investment exceeding ＄0.15 billion. About 80% of
the settled enterprises have been put into production and have good
performances. These enterprises mainly come from such countries and
regions as UK, Australia, Belgium, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.
The administration committee of Shihudang area, Songjiang lndustrial
Region is entitled to exert one uniform administrational right and
authority. It provides series of service for the settled enterprises
such as authorization, registration, alteration, inspection, construction
And so on.
