无壳弹：无击发药无壳射钉弹是我公司依据全新理念自行发明研制的科技含量很高的一种“固体弹丸式”射钉弹。主要用于建筑安装、居家装潢、桥梁等需要紧固的各个行业。该产品拥有自主知识产权，已获得国家发明专利。

其创新性在于：①取消了原来射钉弹使用的铜壳，更经济，更节约能源。操作时简化了退壳动作，提高了工效。②取消了易爆击发药及制造工艺，在制造和使用时安全性好。其威力与铜壳弹执行的是同一标准。威力划分为大、中、小用三种不同颜色区分。大：N1（红），中：N2（黄），小：N3（绿）。③无壳弹体积小，与铜壳弹相比，机械自动化生产程度高，可节约大量人力，制造成本低。④性能稳定：在高温160℃不自燃，低温60℃以上均能击发使用，能长期贮存不变质，在常温湿度空气中防潮性好，使用、运输安全可靠。⑤环保性能好，无对人体有害气体排放，对工作场地无污染。

Cartridge without shell: There are several innovation advantages for non-powder percussion cartridge without shell: 1). by eliminating usage of copper shell the operation is simplified without shell unloading and less energy consumption. 2). by eliminating usage of percussion powder, safety for both production and operation is improved greatly. 3).compared with cartridge with copper shell, it is more compact and can be produced more automatically with less labor cost. 4). Stable characteristics: it will not flame even under high temperature up to 160ºC while it could operate properly even under low temperature down to -60ºC.It can be stored for long time without performance ability change. Its operation, transportation and storage therefore becomes more safely, reliably, conveniently.5).It does not produce air-pollution during operation so it is an environmental-friendly product.
