    Shanghai Haihang Mechanical Co., Ltd is one of the enterprises which have been approved to handle import and export business. It is specialized in manufacturing of patented products such as non-powder percussion cartridge, power actuated tool, adjustable walking machine. All those products are widely used in construction installation , home decoration, bridge and  subway construction, shipbuilding and so on where fastening operations are needed. The safety for operation, transportation and storage of our non-powder percussion cartridge is much better than those  traditional products while its price is more competitive and quality is better. Therefore, our products are acknowledged by many customers home and abroad. Both our non-powder percussion cartridge and power actuated tool have been tested, approved and a production license has been issued to our company  by Quality Supervision & test Center of Civil Firearm and Cartridge of China Ordnance Industry. Also we have our quality control system:ISO9001:version 2000 tested and approved by authorities concerned. For above products we have received certificate of remit of first prize for technical and science   development from Minghang  District Government, golden metal from the 4th Shanghai Technical and Science  Fair, golden metal from London International Patent Technique Exposition, golden metal from Asia International New Technology and Product Fair one after another for our products. In May of 2003,our non-powder percussion cartridge project was approved by Shanghai Municipal Government as the technology and science transfer achievements project. At the end of 2004, our company was approves as one of the New and High Technology Science enterprisers by Shanghai Municipal Government  and  consequently received financial award from National Fund for Development of New Technology and Science. Early in 1998,we set up a joint venture: Luzhou Haipu Co., Ltd, specialized in non-powder percussion cartridge production, with Luzhou North Chemical Industrial Co,Ltd(original name is Luzhou Chemical Factory)
