静安区地处上海市中心区,面积7.62平方公里。由于区域位置特殊,静安区工业过去主要以服装服饰、食品加工、电子电器为主,三大行业在工业总量中占50%左右。近年来全区工业积极开展产业和产品结构调整,在通信光缆、精细化工、生物制药等高新技术领域已经形成一定的规模,具备了进一步发展的良好基础,高新技术产业已经成为区属工业的重要增长点。2001年,全市工业实现销售额33.8亿元人民币,利税2.6亿元人民币,其中出口值占总产值的30%以上,外贸出口成为拉动区属工业增长的重要动因。
近年来,静安区为了寻求中心城区工业发展的新途径,在上海市效南汇区建设了占地18.7万平方米的静安工业园区。另外,加强与区域内国有企业的合作,充分利用国有企业的厂房资源联手建设都市型工业园区,为区属工业发展拓展了新的空间。到2001年底,全区已建成都市型工业园区(楼宇)6个,建筑面积达到2.7万平方米。
目前,静安区正积极进行新的园区筹建,面积3万平方米,为都市工业的发展增添新的发展后劲。
Jing-an District is located in the downtown Shanghai and covers
an area of 7.62 square km. Due to the special particularity of location,
Jing-an industry is mainly made up of garment & trappings, foods
processing and electronic & electric, and the industrial production
value of these industries accounts for nearly fifty percent of the
district gross value. After years of industries and products restructuring,
hightech industries, like telecommunication optical fiber, fine chemical
and biomedicine, has achieved a considerable scale and become an important
growth source of local industry. In the year of 2001, the district
industry created RMB 3.38 billion Yuan of sales value and RMB 2.6
hundred million Yuan of taxes, In addition, export value accounts
for more than thirty percent of the gross production value, demonstrating
that foreign trade has become an important driving force of the local
industry.
In search of a new way to deveiop industries of the central urban
area, a Jing-an Industrial Park of 187 thousand square meters has
been established in Nanhui District that lies in the suburban area
of Shanghai. Moreover, on basis of existent workshops of state-owned
enterprises, Putuo government and SOE have cooperated to advance the
development of urban industrial parks in recent years. This act has
provided new developing space for local industries. By the end of
2001, 6 urban industrial parks (buildings) have been well constructed
in the district, contributing an architectural area of 27 thousand
square meters. Currently, new industrial parks of 30 thousand square
meters are under preparation of construction for the further development
of urban industries. |
